Company History
Tightline Adventures is located in the beautiful mountain town of Banff Alberta where it has been operating since 1996. The business is owned and operated by Darren Wright who feels that the trout fishery of southern Alberta is second to none. Darren has been flyfishing for more than 30 years. It has often been said by others "that Darren has more passion for the sport and its fish than anyone else I have ever met". It is this passion that has helped Tightline become a very successful flyfishing guiding company. It requires much work to know the world famous Bow River and its trout but to the crew of Tightline Adventures it is not work just simply a way of life!
